REASTAT  GB


A saline solution containing synthetic additives. It enhances the dispersion of

electrostatic charges with no alteration of the fibre lubricant's main features

Solutions of glycols and special salts in water, exalting the dispersion of electrostatic charges during the carding, combing and spinning operations. They give the treated fibres a slight lubrication too.

Admixtures of vegetable oils derivatives and special additives, compatible with any type of lubricating oil for animal origin fibres. They give fibres utmost antistatic features and   flowing easiness. They are also useful in case the material tends to unwanted early dryness due to excessive rubbing temperatures or particularly dry ambient conditions during combing.

Saline solutions containing amino-alcohols. They enhance the dispersion of electrostatic charges with no alteration of the applied fibre lubricating oils. They also

improve the cohesion of fibres of any nature.

SPINNING - COHESION AGENTS



REFIX  AS


Hydrosol of alkaline highly micronized silicic acids. Cohesion agent which gives a non-slipperiness and a strengthening effect. Minimal alteration of the touch of the produced yarn.

Hydrosol of alkaline less micronized silicic acids. Choesioning agent which gives a non-slipperiness and strenghtening effect. Slight alteration of the touch of the produced  yarn.

REVENAL A


Admixture derived from vegetable oils and acrylic resins. Extremely useful when a high degree of cohesion is required without exceeding in the use of oils which would inevitably transfer onto the machinery. Entirely water soluble, it can be used in the carded spinning as well in the combing operations.



SPINNING – BACTING OILS



REASTAT  ME


Admixtures based on high quality synthetic substances having an optimal antistatic character. They are particularly fit for fibre blends put together with a high percentage of synthetics. They possess a very good water solubility together with cohesioning and, for the type ME/2B, also conditioning power.

RELATIV


Synergetic admixtures of vegetable oils derivatives and tensides having a high degreasing power, particularly fit for combing and spinning protein fibres containing a high residual fat substances.

REOL ECO MO


Admixtures of synthetic oils and tensides. They can be applied as high greasing and cohesioning fibre lubricants or as additives for other fibre lubricants. They are fit for regenerated fibres which are often very ill-felted or for cotton fibres. It is a good habit to add a proper antistatic agent in the prepared oiling solution because REOL MO as such has no particular antistatic power. REOL ANT, on the contrary, is already duly supplemented with it.



REOLSOIL ECO


Admixtures of synthetic oils and tensides supplemented with solvents. They can be applied as spinning lubricants possessing a moderate greasing and cohesioning power with the ability of partly solubilizing the fibre impurities. They are particularly fit for natural cellulose fibres.






REVANOL


Admixtures of fatty acid esters and antistatic agents possessing a high lubricating power. The product is specific for combing and for spinning proteinic fibres.

Admixtures of vegetable oils and highly biodegradable additives with a low content of tensides. Optimal lubricants, moderately antistatic, they are applied for animal origin fibres in the woollen spinning process when a particularly low environmental impact is needed.

FILAREX


Admixtures of derivatives of vegetable oils and highly biodegradable additives. Inexpensive and largely employed in the carding spinning process, they combine versatility together with an optimal rate between quality and price.

SUPREX


Admixtures of derivatives of vegetable oils and highly biodegradable additives. These are up-to-date shaped lubricants which have been conceived for the production of high value yarns particularly keeping in mind the environmental respect. For the very good obtainable touch, for the cleanliness and smoothness of  the  operations, they are ideal on cashmere, angora, camel hairs and on every super fine proteinic fibre. They largely match the Ecolabel standard.



SUPREX BSUPREX P  SUPREX PP



UNILAN


Admixtures of polyoxyethylenated vegetable oils and special additives. In the carding spinning process they give their best performances upon artificial cellulosic fibres; in the combing spinning process they are largely employed on synthetic and artificial fibres blended up to 50% with wool. They are the ideal solution for bulky productions standardized upon usage of one textile auxiliary only. The type EC has a considerable antistatic power too.

SPINNING – CONDITIONING AGENTS



CONDIZIONATORE


Glycolic mixtures which can be used on all types of fibre to maintain the correct degree of humidity. This avoids any deterioration in the workability due to excessive air dryness or moisture and/or  rapid evaporation of the water contained in the mixture. Good levels of antistatic effect are achieved, particularly with the type C/6 which contains a special additive and gives a slight additional smoothness.
